🔁 Our Return Promise

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products purchased on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase — whether due to a damaged item, wrong product, or a genuine concern — we’ll do our best to make it right.


Return Eligibility Criteria

You can return an item if:

  • It was delivered in damaged, broken, or leaked condition

  • You received the wrong product or incorrect shade

  • The item is expired or has a quality-related issue

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the order


Items NOT Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products

  • Products without original packaging, seals, or tags

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion (unless damaged)

  • Free gifts, samples, or bundled items

Please note: All returns are subject to inspection. If the product is deemed to be used or tampered with, your return may be rejected.


🚚 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us

  2. Provide Order Details
    Share your order number, item(s) to return, and the reason for return. Include pictures if the product is damaged.

  3. Wait for Confirmation
    Our support team will verify your request and provide return shipping instructions.

  4. Ship Back the Product
    Carefully pack the item and ship it using the instructions provided. You may be asked to use a courier of your choice or we may arrange pickup in certain cities.

  5. Inspection & Refund/Exchange
    Once we receive the returned product and it passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or replacement.


💰 Refund Methods

Your refund will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You’ll receive a bank transfer or mobile wallet refund

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to your card (may take 5–7 business days)

  • Store Credit: In some cases, you may opt for store credit for future purchases


🔄 Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or shade, you can request an exchange instead of a refund. We’ll ship the correct product once we receive the returned one (or in certain cases, immediately upon verification).


🕒 Refund Processing Time

  • Return Verification: 1–3 business days

  • Refund Approval & Processing: 2–5 business days after approval

  • Total time: 3–8 business days, depending on the payment method
