We process orders Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse team prepares your items for shipment.
Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days
During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible.
We offer domestic shipping across Pakistan and international shipping to selected countries.
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (via courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, or Call Courier)
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select cities)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide
Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days (via DHL, FedEx, or similar)
Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
We aim to keep our shipping costs fair and transparent.
Free Standard Shipping on orders over Rs. 2,500 (within Pakistan)
Orders below Rs. 2,500 will be charged a flat shipping rate based on your location, typically Rs. 200–300
Express and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

We are constantly expanding our delivery network. If your area is currently not covered, our support team will inform you promptly and offer possible alternatives.
Your order is packed with care using tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All products are quality-checked before shipment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package directly through the courier’s website or on our Track My Order page.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Sometimes orders may be returned to us due to:
Incorrect address or phone number
Failed delivery attempts
Refused delivery or COD rejection
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
